Download of Latest Beta Builds not working for me

Heeeeeelp,
while trying to download the 1.2.20 beta version at Latest Beta Builds list, I'm taking the following error message:

Not Found
The resource could not be found.

p.s.: I tested all 3 files available with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge! Unsuccessfully!
