hobDrive should be manually installed, and you may do this on GPS unit only if manufacturer gives user access to WinCE shell or ability to run external programs from SD card.
For some 'closed' units there is no legal way to install hobDrive (or any other software) beside hijacking into the unit's internals.
In case your unit has no Bluetooth, you still have an option:
USB-host configuration in Bluetooth-less units
